Video Series for Inktel Contact Center Solutions
Role: Video Editor / Designer (Within the Marketing Department, led by the Marketing Director)
This video series was created for Inktel Contact Center Solutions, a leading BPO provider specializing in customer experience management. Following a visual brand refresh, the company needed a set of promotional videos to reintroduce its updated identity across digital channels.
My responsibilities included developing scripts, generating AI-narrated voiceovers, and curating dynamic, high-quality stock footage and motion graphics that aligned with the brand refreshed. Each video was designed to communicate Inktel’s value with energy and cohesion.
The completed videos became key marketing assets. They were used by the business development team, featured in Meta Ads, shared across social media, and included in various email campaigns. The series received highly positive feedback and established a creative foundation for future marketing initiatives.
