This campaign was created to highlight the success that Inktel Contact Center Solutions delivered for a luxury retail client. The goal was to create a digital presence that connected with current and potential clients, demonstrated Inktel’s value, and supported new business and client retention.

The Challenge:

The challenge was to present a complex case study in a clear and engaging way so the audience could understand the impact Inktel made for their client and see how Inktel could help their own business. We needed to communicate the results and value that Inktel brings to the luxury retail industry in a way that was authentic, modern, and easy to share.

The Solution:

Our team developed a digital creative strategy centered on storytelling through video. The concept featured Inktel’s Executive Vice President presenting the case study in narrative form, supported by dynamic B-roll footage to make the content more engaging. The video was fully branded in Inktel’s visual language.

I produced the video, motion graphics, and campaign graphics, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. We also ran A/B testing through the email campaign, producing an AI-generated version of the video to compare engagement and determine which approach resonated more for future campaigns.

To extend the reach of the campaign, we created a social media thread on X that summarized the key ideas. The thread used consistent branding and visual snippets from the videos to reinforce message cohesion.

The Outcome:

The campaign achieved strong engagement across multiple platforms.

Our email outreach performed above benchmarks, with an open rate of around 55% and a click-through rate of more than 40%.

On YouTube, the campaign video reached over 35,000 views through a targeted paid promotion, expanding visibility and reinforcing Inktel’s brand awareness within the luxury retail sector.

Inktel pleased with the campaign’s performance and commissioned two additional campaigns to promote new case studies.
