As part of a strategic initiative to elevate brand visibility and position Inktel as a thought leader in the customer service space, our marketing team was tasked with launching a customer-centric podcast that would resonate with both clients and prospective employees.

From concept to execution, I serve as Producer, overseeing production from recording high-quality video and audio to editing full episodes and creating short-form reels for social media. I also manage episode scheduling and distribution across major platforms including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Amazon Music.

Part of my role also involves leading the brand identity development for the podcast. The logo centers around a universal smiley face icon, representing the simple yet powerful theme of joy and human connection, reflecting the uplifting energy the show aims to bring to business-minded listeners. Rather than the common circular form, the smiley is framed inside a square to break expectations and signal a more modern, structured take on positivity.

The podcast’s primary color, a deep yellow, was chosen for its warmth and optimism, symbolizing clarity, curiosity, and forward-thinking. The wordmark uses Bebas, a bold yet approachable all-caps typeface, capturing the show’s tone: confident, clear, and always welcoming.

In support of the podcast’s online presence, I contributed to the design of the website by capturing and integrating visually engaging photography of the studio, signage, and branded environments, offering visitors an immersive, behind-the-scenes feel that reflected the energy and professionalism of the show.

Beyond that, I also design and maintain supporting brand touch points including social graphics, email assets, and YouTube thumbnails, ensuring a cohesive and polished presence across platforms.

Since launching in 2022, The Happy Customer Channel has reached tens of thousands of viewers and subscribers, quickly becoming a recognized name in the business and customer service community, helping boost Inktel’s reputation as both a leading BPO and employer of choice.
