‘PSALM 34’ ONE ON ONE RETREAT T-SHIRT

This t-shirt was designed for the New Life Youth Group’s annual One on One Retreat, a special event where students were invited to encounter Christ in a personal and transformative way. The theme for this retreat was inspired by Psalm 34: “Taste and see the goodness of the Lord.”

The design centers around the Holy Eucharist, symbolized by the radiating host and chalice, with grapes and wheat to represent the precious Body and Blood of Christ. The style is inspired by stained glass art and meant to feel youthful and vibrant for the high schoolers

Navy blue and gold were chosen for impact and symbolic meaning. Navy blue conveys depth, sincerity, and faith, while gold symbolizes light and the richness of God’s grace.

The shirts were given to the retreat participants as a keepsake of their experience and reminder of their encounter with Christ and the community they shared it with.
