‘isaiah 43:4’ women’s RETREAT T-SHIRT

This t-shirt was made for a women’s retreat hosted by the New Life Youth Group, designed specifically for the young women of the parish. The retreat centered on the powerful Scripture verse Isaiah 43:4: “You are precious in my eyes, and honored, and I love you.” The theme was meant to remind the participants of their inherent worth, dignity, and beloved identity as a daughter of God.

I hand-drew the sparrows, plants, and flowers. The artwork symbolizes God’s care and attentiveness, drawn in soft, fine line work to capture the gentleness of femininity. Beige was chosen as the t-shirt color, while blue and mustard were used for the illustration to evoke peace and light.

The final shirts were met with joy and gratitude by the retreat participants and served not only as a beautiful souvenir, but as a lasting reminder of their identity in Christ.
