Designing Inktel’s newly refreshed website, developed in collaboration with a web development agency, required balancing the needs of multiple industries while maintaining a unified, modern visual language. As the lead on design and creative direction, I guided the full process from concept to execution.

The goal was to create a high-tech, sleek, and innovative digital presence that reflected Inktel’s culture, expertise, and reliability as a professional partner. My responsibilities included defining the wireframe framework for our development partner, creating detailed visual mockups, and building a clear, intuitive site map. Competitive analysis played a key role, ensuring the final website stood apart in the BPO space - unique, approachable, and fully aligned with the refreshed brand identity.
