Role: Lead Designer (For Buena Vista Creative, led by the Director of Marketing)
While working with the digital marketing agency Buena Vista Creative, I served as Lead Designer on the Inktel Contact Center Solutions account. As one of Buena Vista’s key clients, Inktel - an industry-leading BPO specializing in customer service - relied on our agency to elevate their marketing, branding, and digital presence.
As Lead Designer, I oversaw the visual direction, design strategy, and creative execution for all Inktel projects. This included managing and designing content for their social media channels, from developing visual concepts and posting schedules to analyzing performance metrics and optimizing engagement.
Our team also executed a comprehensive brand refresh, modernizing Inktel’s visual identity with updated color palettes, typography, and imagery to replace their previously outdated style. I produced a wide range of marketing and business-development assets to support brand consistency and growth, including logos, sales presentations, trade show displays, videos, social media content, and digital ad creative, all aligned with the refreshed brand direction our agency developed.
Additionally, I helped launch and produce “The Happy Customer Channel,” a video podcast designed to position Inktel as a thought leader in the customer service industry while driving meaningful engagement with clients and employees.
