At Inktel, I lead visual design across marketing, business development, recruiting, and executive initiatives—building cohesive brand systems that scale across teams and channels. My work spans print, digital, web, social media, and video, ensuring every touchpoint reflects clarity, consistency, and strategic intent.
When I joined Inktel, the company was growing rapidly but lacked a unified visual system. Design execution varied across teams, materials felt outdated, and brand consistency was difficult to maintain. The challenge was to elevate the brand while creating reliable, repeatable systems that could support growth across marketing, sales, recruiting, and leadership communications.
I owned Inktel’s visual execution across marketing, digital, and video—partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into clear, effective design systems.

The focus was to strengthen Inktel’s visual foundation through consistency, clarity, and scalability. I established refined color usage, structured typography, and simplified layout systems that could adapt across departments while remaining cohesive and recognizable.
Strategic use of monochrome logo applications, modular templates, and brand-aligned imagery modernized the brand and improved usability for internal teams—reducing friction while increasing consistency across all outputs.
The updated design systems elevated Inktel’s external presence while improving internal efficiency. Marketing and sales materials became more consistent and effective, social channels gained stronger visual cohesion, and video initiatives expanded the brand’s reach across digital platforms.
A key initiative included launching and producing The Happy Customer Channel podcast—handling branding, graphics, recording, editing, and promotion—positioning Inktel within a new thought-leadership space and supporting long-term brand visibility.
