Inktel is a customer experience and contact center solutions company serving national brands across multiple industries.
At Inktel, I lead visual design across marketing, business development, recruiting, and executive initiatives — building cohesive brand systems that scale across teams and channels. My work spans print, digital, web, social, and video, ensuring clarity and consistency across every touchpoint.
As Inktel grew, brand execution struggled to keep pace. Visual output varied across teams, materials felt inconsistent, and there was no unified system to support marketing and sales at scale.
The objective was to elevate the brand while creating reliable, repeatable systems that reduced friction and improved clarity across departments.
I led visual execution across marketing, digital, and video — partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to align business goals with clear, scalable visual systems.

The focus was not isolated assets, but durable design infrastructure.
I strengthened the brand foundation through consistency, hierarchy, and modular structure.
Refined color logic, structured typography, and simplified layout systems allowed teams to produce aligned materials without constant oversight. Adaptable templates and disciplined logo usage modernized the visual language and reduced inconsistencies across teams.
The result was a cohesive system capable of scaling across channels without fragmentation.
The updated systems elevated Inktel’s external presence while improving internal clarity across 6+ marketing channels.
Within six months, LinkedIn engagement increased by 200%, and qualified leads from paid campaigns rose by 40%. The refined brand presence also supported multiple industry recognitions, including 8 Stevie Awards (2025–2026).
In addition, I launched and produced The Happy Customer Channel podcast — overseeing branding, production, and promotion — resulting in over 100 published episodes and a consistent long-form content platform for the brand.
