I serve as Lead Designer at Buena Vista Creative, a full-service branding and marketing agency supporting clients across multiple industries. I lead visual execution across brand systems, digital experiences, marketing design, and multimedia—ensuring clarity, cohesion, and consistent standards across every deliverable.
Within an agency environment, speed and variety are constant. My role is to bring structure to that pace—translating business objectives into scalable design systems that maintain quality across branding, campaigns, web, social, email, and video.
I collaborate with creative leadership, strategists, and cross-functional teams to build visual frameworks that support both creative excellence and real-world application. My focus is on restraint, hierarchy, and systems that allow work to move efficiently without sacrificing clarity or brand integrity.
Context
Agency work demands adaptability without fragmentation. Each client operates in a different industry, with different goals, timelines, and stakeholders.
The challenge is maintaining strong visual standards while navigating shifting priorities and compressed timelines.
My responsibility is to create cohesion within that complexity—developing structured systems, refining visual language, and ensuring that every output feels intentional and aligned, regardless of format or channel.
